H.E. Dr. Sles Nazy, Rector of the Cambodia University of Management and Technology (CUMT), was invited as a guest of honor to attend the official Proclamation Ceremony of the Universiti Islam Selangor, Malaysia, under the presidency of the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and Tengku Permaisuri Selangor, Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin, on the morning of July 19, 2025.
During that time, Tengku Permaisuri Selangor, Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin, was proclaimed as the first Chancellor of Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS).
